Hi, I have all the exact numbers and will publish them as usual on Lotro-Wiki after launch.

I also will make an enhanced calculator available again like I did with the Mordor expansion, but this time with graphs display (handy because you can hardly cap anything). I probably wait with this until a 1-2 days before launch.

These numbers here are overall within 50-500. Some are are further away, like Critical Defence and Resistance especially if I remember correctly.

My pleasure. Btw, obviously the mastery cap is at 200000 😉 You must be aware that most ratings here are usually a little at the low side, because of roundings in the character panel: 199.95 becomes 200.0% and you also get a tiny standard ‘boost’ of 0.0002%

What I can also say is that with only looking at the ratings, so penetrations not included, the cap ratings at level 120 are exactly twice the new cap ratings at level 115. This applies to all ratings. For example again with Damage: at level 115 this is 90000.

With this given and that item stats are growing much less than 100% (30% maybe?), obviously you run into trouble of capping stats when your level goes up although you might initially be fine at level 115.

Yes, I too noticed that.  The gear should make it possible to hit some of these and still be a balanced toon.  Live will be interesting !
